📘

Note:

As a part of our security protocols, clients are responsible for resetting their users' passwords if they are lost. This measure is in place to ensure the highest level of security and privacy for user accounts.

For example, consider the scenario where someone with access to a client's work computer could send us an email from the client's email address. If IDVerse were to handle password resets, it would be possible for unauthorised individuals to gain access to sensitive account information. By having clients manage their own password resets, we mitigate this risk and ensure that only authorised personnel can request and perform these actions.

Change Account Status

As an administrator, you can change a user’s status between Active and Suspended. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Users" module.

  2. Select the user whose status you want to change. For example, if you want to change an Active user to Suspended, click on “Change Status”.

  3. In the "Change Status" popup, click on “Suspend” to temporarily suspend the user account.

  4. The user’s status will now be updated to “Suspended”.

  5. To reactivate the account, repeat the same steps and click on the “Active” button in the “Change Status” popup.

📘

Note:

You can only change the status of one user at a time; bulk actions are not supported.
